Diana is a qualified Yoga Therapist is registered on the C.N.H.C the Complimentary & Natural Health Care Council. 

Teaching & training for over 25 years beginning her journey in health & wellbeing as a personal trainer & group class instructor within the community then finding her way back to her love of yoga & the positive benefits yoga has on your whole being not just physical health but mental & emotional too & how they are all linked to our health as a whole.

The therapeutic yoga classes & events are a combination of traditional practices of yoga and mindfulness with modern evidence based scientific research to help create calm & balance within our busy lives. 

Diana uses her yoga therapy & CBT skills to compassionately create a safe calm environment. Helping you to deeply relax, restore & rebalance. Enabling you to feel stronger to cope with your life physically mentally & emotionally.

A mindful slow flowing therapeutic class to help us slow down & reconnect with how we are feeling physically mentally & emotionally. 

The challenge in these classses is feeling comfortable in your body & relaxing mindfully.
 

  • Mobilising through neck shoulders & spine & hips helping improve back health.
     

  • Stretching out pent up tensions & tightness held in our bodies from our busy lives. With flowing stretches & still supported restorative stretches.

  • Connecting wth our breath & enjoying relaxing breath techniques to help lower stress & anxiety levels to create focus & calm. 

 

  • Practicising meditation & guided relaxation techniques to create a sense of peacefullness & calm
